About the Artist
Born in Charleston, West Virginia, Sarah Ellin has been making art since the early 1960s. She studied at the University of Charleston, where she dual-majored in Art and English. After college, Sarah built a career in visual merchandising for upscale retail, crafting immersive window displays and color stories that sharpened her eye for composition, texture, and flow.
Now based in Central Florida, Sarah channels that experience into psychedelic, high-vibe work that blends bold color, lyrical line, and a sense of movement you can feel. Her pieces have been recognized by the Maitland Center of Art and the Winter Haven Artist Alliance. Whether on canvas, paper, or products you can carry, Sarah’s goal is simple: invite you to pause, smile, and see familiar moments in brighter hues.
When she isn’t painting, you’ll find her collecting organic bits—shells and more—to mix with succulents and spark new ideas.
